Pros

Darden company discounts are nice. Some managers try to help, but it has company issues. It is easy to grow into managerial roles

Cons

Clientele is the worst. Hours are long and not worth the money. If you’re looking to start there and transfer to another Darden restaurant goodluck the managers will block you.
