Good upward mobility, went from dishwasher to busser to host to server in less than a year

Not the best culture for women but not all management's fault

Great flexibility and team to be a part of.

Pros

the flexibility of the job, the people, it was a great work environment and you had the potential of making great money.

Cons

Being a corporate restaurant there were some rules that we had to abide by that made the job difficult. Compared to other corporate restaurants we were given less table amounts and it was frustrating that for large parties gratuity was not automatic.

Pros

Great people to work with. Friday’s and Saturday’s are the money maker days. Most of the managers are very understanding and cool.

Cons

Horrible clientele, too many managers to report to causes confusion, too many happy hours throughout the week brings little money
