Darren in my experience always treated it's employees fairly, but sadly Bahama breeze has its own corporate structure which is very poorly ran.

Cons

Bahama Breeze isn't conducive to employee success. Beware of the brand

Cons

Often long hours during race weekend break week. That should be expected in Daytona Beach any where though.
