-Cool Coworkers -High Check averages, meaning higher tips -Darden is a good company with many cool benefits -Very unique music, atmosphere and decor. -Food and drinks are very good

Cons

-management has a serious problem with favoritism. Their favorites will get the best sections on every shift. If you are not a favorite, you will not make as much money. -management is rude and they treat employees like garbage sometime because they put the restaurant over everything, including servers health. -restaurant is filthy -management will let customers disrespect servers (cuss, throw things at server) and will reward customer behavior with free food and make server continue to serve the same customer. -If you have a disagreement with a manager, they will be sure to put you in the worst sections every day following that so you make no money.
