Pros

The other employees are what kept me at this job.It was a very close community.

Cons

Management is disorganized and manager turnover is too high. Too many managers cut corners and play favorites. Scheduling availability was often ignored.

Great menu, busy most of the year because of the location, people are great. Management team was great to work with.

Cons

Long hours, open late.

flexible schedule, large staff so its easy to give up and pick up shifts, easy side-work, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

slows down immensely once the summer is over, 3 table sections.
