Pros

Co-workers were great and some of the managers really knew how to value their employees

Cons

Most of the management team didn't know how to speak to their employees and never recognized any good done--only the mistakes made

Pros

Really great restaurant to work for. I've worked as a server for 3 different restaurants and have no been working here for over 2 years. The staff and managers are friendly and it is a great place to work.

Cons

Fluctuating schedules and not a steady wage, you have to work your way up. New servers don't get the best shifts right away.

Pros

Most of the team and staff are fun to work with and there is some flexibility. Development requires a lot of initiative, but is possible.

Cons

Pay is not competitive and it's hard to make 30-40 hours a week as an hourly employee. The hourly's schedule is not consistent and could (and should) be managed a lot better.
