Pros
Most of the co-workers were really nice and down-to-earth. I was able to successfully work according to my availability being a student, and the job is lenient with that. There is always one decent manager working there that is able to work with you as a student, as well as to try to help you to improve with your performance and give decent constructive criticism without making you feel like you failed.
Cons
There is usually only one good manager out of the four of them. Out of the years I've worked there, I've never received a review or been considered for a pay increase. The rules change with the wind and most times, you are not notified when they are. You are left to experience the change of rules when dealing with a certain situation. Sometimes when you give availability, the manager will stray outside of it and "accidentally" schedule you outside of your availability, leaving you to find someone to take the shift. A few of the managers leave you feeling as though you didn't do your job right, yet will not provide you with feedback pertaining to what you are doing wrong. You HAVE to stay on top of things yourself, because if it is not important or priority to them, they'll disregard whatever the issue is.
