Pros

The only pro I would say is the money and that is only sometimes depending on how busy it gets, sometimes you can make 100 a day and some days you will be lucky if you leave with 20 dollars.

Cons

Bad management, lousy food, too much favoritism, and the work environment is always bad.

Flexible schedule, Location is a hotspot for travelers, menu is easy to learn

Cons

if you dont have good ziosk scores management will limit your hours, Some guests wont tip, might need two jobs during slow season
