Pros

Flexible with schedule , Paid same day , don’t have to roll silverware

Cons

Too many Servers on= lower tips, clientele is cheap and don’t tip accordingly, uniform is basic and makes staff look Basic which brings Basic clientele with basic wallets

Great team, fun work environment, good hours, flexible schedule. David Springer is the best manager out there. He truly cares for all of his employees.

Cons

Certain management was problematic and lazy.
