Pros
Felt like being part of a family! Great work life balance bc management is understanding of the fact that we are all human.
Cons
Felt a little TOO much like being part of a family…. way too much drama & mess all around. Barely ANY money in the off-season (like walking out with less than $100 on a normal shift). Overcrowded floors due to new corporate rules so everyone gets 3-4 tables max. Moving up is based on favoritism rather than skill unfortunately. & lastly, corporate doesn’t care about their lower level employees in ANY way— it’s one of the worse cases I’ve seen at a job. They have representatives visit often, so we do have opportunity to voice our opinions on the massive & oftentimes negative changes they make to the stores, but they flat out ignore us & do whatever they want.
