It was a job. Made some friends with co-workers.

Cons

Worked too much overtime shortly after being hired. Worked many double shifts. Expressed an interest in working ~40 hours per week but not much more than that when hired.

Pros

You can make a lot of money during summer and spring. I've met a lot of really cool people here and gained a lot of life experience. I'd recommend this job for a friend who is in it for the short term and knows what they want.

Cons

Management is constantly hiring new people. Upper management mainly care about reaching their goals and metrics, that can affect how things are run. Management can be inconsistent with decisions and you can fall out of favor very quickly.
