Pros
well, you'll have plenty of interesting, wild stories to tell your family and friends about all of the shenanigans that take place. hard drug use and alcoholic drunk-on-shift employees, managers not caring about any of it, as long as they had bodies to work. 0/10 don't recommend, no real pros here.
Cons
at this particular location, they didn't care what went on behind closed doors - of the kitchen. I saw with my own eyes food get drooped on the floor and a manager still brought it to the takeout counter for a customer to take home and consume. the managers are careless and had no consideration for employees and zero tact.
