Pros

The crew at the location I work at is for the most part pretty tight knit and upbeat. Guests are pretty laid back as well with few exceptions. Restaurant is well run by an excellent management team on both sides of the house. If you are willing to put in a little bit of effort and keep smiling there is a really decent amount of money to be made here and a good time to be had during your shift. If you want to come in and complain about getting sat or helping run food then this place is too high volume for you and you shouldn't be a part of our wonderful team...

Pros

Dardens healthcare benefits. High check averages. Relatively easy menu. Volume WAS high but has recently declined.

Management & FOH/BOH communication is severely lacking. You’re treated like a number until you’ve been there for years. The favoritism was painfully obvious when it came to scheduling. Clientele was hit or miss, and no auto grat on the huge parties that would walk in. So. Much. Sidework. During service and after. Not worth the amount of fuss for 3-4 table sections that don’t turn very fast. Not enough space to comfortably move around and properly serve my guests because everyone’s so crammed in. Company sales, ziosk scores, and corporate BS are all that matter but of course what else is new for a chain restaurant. And they say your scheduled hours and sections are based on your survey scores, but clearly that’s not the case because they pretty much copy and paste everyone’s schedules even if they perform well. Awful. Everywhere is hiring, avoid this place like the plague.
