Pros

I've had a lot of fun working for this company. It's easy money and you make great friends along the way. Benefits are good and the 401k savings plan is a great plus.

Cons

The constant change of management disrupts the overall flow of the work environment. Some managers don't care to help advance your career, even if you've shown you're highly qualified. That goes for both managers and servers. Some managers use bad kiosk scores to threaten you, reduce your tables in your sections, and will even fire you over them.
