Rentals & Homeowner Associations were managed by a small local company with a (new in 2021) managment software platform, Rent Manager.
Cons
Fair Housing education & proper training is needed for ALL of Scott's employees so residents are treated without decent humanity professionalism. I walked into years of built up toxic work enviroment, property neglect, and policies and proceedures being abused. I put out the fires I could, to stay alive and not burn, keep my sanity. Then another oppurtunity came along and I went to that job.
