Get to learn a lot. The consultants and management are attentive to your needs and are willing to provide more opportunities if you’re interested. Great place to get a taste of consulting life.

Cons

Pay is minimal and no room for negotiation. Low compared to other remote positions within the region.

The benefits are also amazing, with 5 months parental leave, fully covered health insurance, and automatic 401K deposits (no matching required).
