Surrounded and supported by fun and ambitious co-workers, Bain employees create a team that truly wants to helps its clients
Cons
Overall, diversity is lacking within the office (gender, race, academics, etc). Additionally, though it bills itself as the company that 'tell's it like it is' and are 'straight shooters', there is a good deal of opaque and blackbox on-goings and politic-ing behind the scenes.
