      The culture at Baird is truly incredible. I love the people I work with, I feel supported by management, and I feel I can bring my concerns to any leader at Baird for an honest discussion. I wake up excited to work. Our compliance team is truly there to help our PWM employees, not punish and make life difficult, which I find to be very different from many other firms. Our salaries can be on the lower end, but it’s made up for through stock dividends and the generous profit sharing put into our 401ks.

      Cons

      The only negative comment I have is that Baird is extremely slow on the uptake of new technology and services for our clients. I understand the desire to be cautious and conservative, but it is difficult as a young person to work somewhere that will never be cutting edge in terms of financial planning and PWM.
