Pros

None that I can give.

Cons

Initially, I was excited to join the team and contribute meaningfully. However, I soon became aware of a persistent pattern of bullying behavior from a long-tenured employee. This individual's actions—including exclusion, passive-aggressive comments, and personal remarks—created a difficult work environment for several team members.

At one point, I shared a personal accomplishment related to my health, which was later weaponized in subtle and unkind ways. An unsolicited and poorly considered gift was one of the more uncomfortable examples. While it may have seemed small on the surface, it felt pointed and humiliating in the context of our earlier conversations.

Concerns raised to leadership were not taken seriously, which contributed to a culture where such behavior was allowed to persist without consequence.

Pros

Strong deal flow exposure. Middle market platform provides meaningful visibility

Cons

The business model is flawed. Many employees are underqualified and stay too long, which drives out top performers. High natural churn is expected—no different than most shops
