      As an intern Baird gives me the flexibility for school as well as the responsibility of projects that makes me feel like a real asset to the company.

      Friendly teams that made me feel welcomed. Fun business culture. Plenty of opportunities to get involved in the community and within the company.

      Pros

      Great culture, expanding company and plenty opportunities to move within the firm. The office space in milwaukee is beautiful. The internship program is awesome during the summer and they really make you feel like a part of a team.

      Cons

      the company can be conservative at times, but through the recession this has proved them well. Their compensation is lower than comparable firms but they have pretty good work life balance.
