Pros
There is a very genuine camaraderie in each department. The people in marketing were eager to help and you could tell they are very experience in their professions. The environment felt safe, but not stuffy. And the views of the lake are great!
Cons
There was not a ton of room to voice your opinion and though we worked together inside the office, once we left there really were not relationships. It could be the finance world, but it was a tad bizarre. Some of the Investment Bankers can also be rude and act very high and mighty.
