      Pros

      Small office environment. Decent pay. Boutique firm environment without the super stuffy feel of most wirehouses. Tuition and licensing reimbursement.

      Cons

      Small office environment. Poor Senior management. No room for advancement. High turnover of Senior Management.

      - Above market salary (until it lasts...)

      Cons

      - Pretend to have a great culture (which they don't) - Scope of work is too narrow (just sell side for PE clients), you don't really learn to be a banker here, you just manage admin work and create slides, there's no chance to improve corporate finance skills - They kept on saying that Baird is the safest place to be and then made 25% of my colleagues redundant from one day to another for Covid with no notice at all
