Pros

You work one day from home and weekends off.

Cons

Very hard to move up in the company, treated lesser than until you’re licensed, offices are independently ran so there is no real HR, extreme favoritism. Outdated polices that can’t keep with the real world.

Pros

Predictable technical ecosystem that can be easily processed.

Cons

By definition; Age discrimination involves treating an applicant or employee less favorably because of his or her age. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) forbids age discrimination against people who are age 40 or older On paper, it would be quite challenging to prove this; however, in practice, this is a real thing at Baird.
