      - Small deal teams, a lot of responsibilities for each team member; - Increased focus on work-life balance (no work on Saturdays); - Very well paid.

      Cons

      - Very individualistic / social activities; limited after-work drinks; - Late hours during the week; - Very much focused on (PE-owned) sell side M&A advisory; limited amount of other projects.

      Pros

      Decisions are made based on what’s best for our clients. The workplace is open, honest and building relationships is extremely important. The culture is second to none, Baird has the best culture both in and out of the office. It shows in the office by the continuous communication & transparency across teams and projects. It shows out of the office by the department and firmwide events. Best place to work. Baird also has opportunities for continued education which is a major plus. Benefits are solid.
