      Pros

      Baker Brothers is home to the best work environment I've been apart of. Everyone tries to help each other out, even with personal issues. Management is very understanding and try to be as accommodating as possible.

      Cons

      It is very easy to bring work home with you. Having to work on-call or overtime, although the compensation for that is a pro.

      Working for a company like baker brothers is different than any other job I have ever had. At Baker Brothers honesty and integrity is met head on with our core values of (Trust Quality and Care) here we truly care about our customers our technicians and employees. Baker Brothers is more than a job it is a family dedicated to living out the core values in every aspect of the company and we are dedicated to doing things right the first time and exemplifying Great service every day! I have never seen a company take care of their customers the way we do and stand behind the work performed the way we do. Baker brothers is more than a job it is a Career with opportunity to better yourself every day!

      Cons

      There are very little down sides to working at a company that has a longevity such as Baker Brothers but if I had to choose one thing it would be working in a trade you don't always know what time your day will end it depends on the day however this would extend to almost any company in the trade world.
