      Pros

      good pay offer benefits for family full time hours you get to pick your hours which is nice they give you all stuff to do the job computer and monitors managers are nice most of them they are very giving here and will try to help you a lot office is close to good food

      who they know and no promotions for hispanic employees i feel they focus a lot on the bad or mistakes you make even if you dont make them everyone is no extra money if your bilingual and take all spanish calls never enough people to work taking calls you will be at your computer very busy use your personal cell phone for a lot of work which we should get paid for i think more

      Pros

      Baker Brother's is such a family oriented environment & I haven't witnessed anything less than in the 2 years I have been here. People show up for you no matter what you need, whether it is personal or work related everyone's got each other's backs. When you show up and work hard, that hard work is valued and it pays off!

      Cons

      The only downside to working at Baker Brother's for me right now is working 60 miles from where I live and not being able to work from home anymore. Another downside is how people have taken advantage of that. Also, sometimes the drama amongst people can be tiring, or the way people are so quick to talk about you behind you if you make even the slightest hiccup or mistake.
