Family orientated firm, easy to move to other departments, diversity

Cons

No flexibility, IT development is old fashioned not all employees are entitled to a laptop, slow technical development , pay is not inline with market value

Training contract very beneficial. Goes a long way once the time to move on comes around. Good exposure to a variety of businesses.

Cons

Staff retention very poor as a result of not caring for their staff. Overtime and hard work are not rewarded.
