Pros

Good for those who are in the inner circle or “favorites” of management and good in bootlicking

Cons

-Toxic management style: extreme micromanage is the norm, even the smallest errors are criticised with zero tolerance for mistakes, for exp will list down in your appraisals -Unfair appraisal system: Performance reviews based on managers mood rather than merit. They acts friendly to your face but gives low marks and delays promotion or increment behind your back -Poor communication: Communication between support staff and managers is suck, admin process and arrangement often messy -top heavy structure: There are too many managers and too few staff, leading to a blame culture where subordinates are scapegoated for every issue -attitude probs: IT exec and HC M exhibit poorly attitude, they often rude to junior staff and only show respect to those in high ranking positions

Pros

- 2 to 3 months notice period for management (Hint: high turnover 😉), vibe with family and friends for longer than industry standard. - For juniors, there is a 1 year penalty period for leaving before the 1 year or 3 months of clawback for all the marvellous "training" they give you. We nurture you! If you like forming cliques, collectivist and gossip culture. Good "culture" reviews here, LOL 😉 If you like a non-diverse workplace. If you like made in ... type-C chargers. If you believe in suffering to be successful - living hell and torture. This place is for you!

Cons

- Don't expect to speak English here, or at least expect illegible English 😉 - Lots of politics, trust issue, Favoritism and blame culture - Nonexistent management, and disgruntled "leadership" - Performative culture that emphasises face time rather than actual output. - Uneven workload, which is luck of the draw, expect to OT - Survival is rare unless you fit into the group Overall, really really toxic

Pros

Really enjoyed the team I worked with, all the individual contributors and most managers were great

Cons

No respect for work-life balance. Partners I reported to were in multiple timezones; From 9-5 I'd be answering to them, and after 5 I'd try to get my work done Baker Tilly only knows how to do accounting. I was in a technical role as a consultant, which constantly led to issues around billable hour expectations and in-office vs. remote issues (it does not make sense for me to commute to the office so I can spend the day on Teams with people on another continent). Struggled to get permissions to run the software I needed on my laptop. STAR (the timesheet software) is the worst piece of software I have used in my career. Entering time was a colossal chore.
