Really enjoyed the team I worked with, all the individual contributors and most managers were great
Cons
No respect for work-life balance. Partners I reported to were in multiple timezones; From 9-5 I'd be answering to them, and after 5 I'd try to get my work done Baker Tilly only knows how to do accounting. I was in a technical role as a consultant, which constantly led to issues around billable hour expectations and in-office vs. remote issues (it does not make sense for me to commute to the office so I can spend the day on Teams with people on another continent). Struggled to get permissions to run the software I needed on my laptop. STAR (the timesheet software) is the worst piece of software I have used in my career. Entering time was a colossal chore.
