Pros

Unlimited PTO Disconnect fridays Decent coach Friendly peers Hybrid schedule

Cons

Management is not helpful and were often cold and rude- as if they couldn’t be bothered. They pretend to care and then go and talk about you and others in private. Chargeable hours are a pain and resources to help find work are basically non existent, lots of groveling and begging to work but then you get reprimanded if not hitting goals but at the same time when it was busy I was working 50 hour weeks, sometimes more. Just no in between, which is fine given the nature of the role but also the constant search to hit exact numbers all year was exhausting, especially given that it would often be outside of your control. Never even met the partner in charge, very disconnected upper management. Training was useless as well. Salary was below market standards. Their softwares are also slow and out dated.

Pros

I vouch for this statement to be true based on my experiences. "We must be relentlessly focused on hiring the right team members, developing, growing and retaining the right team. We will set high expectations, measure what matters and hold ourselves accountable to deliver for our clients. That means making smart choices, leading with humility, moving with urgency and focusing our energy to create the highest impact." - Eric Miles, CEO

Cons

Parking at various offices isn't paid or incorporated into salary.
