Pros
1.A few great supervisors out way the bad ones. 2.The company culture is on an upswing. 3.Tools are NOT an issue. New ideas are welcome!! 4.Very focused on safety. 5.As long as you do your job you don't have to worry about job security. 6.GREAT steady work hours 6:00 am-2-30 pm. 7.The benefits(insurance-401k) from this company are great. 9.Great people to work with. 10.THE BEST PART.... THE CEO HAS AN OPEN DOOR POLICY!!! (WHEN HES NOT BUSY).
Cons
1.The Pay 2.People who are are currently in a position thats suppose to make a difference, are holding the company back. I strongly believe a lot of what people really gripe about is the pay. I think if we are going to move forward with striving for quality people... we need to pay more, ESPECIALLY with cost of living so high. HOWEVER, there are those inside of the company who are taking advantage of how the company is run and in order to be fair with the company and its workers we need to improve. Thoes are the only 2 cons.
