Pros

Great company and core values Every management is different with different management skills, so it really depends what dept you're in. CEO is super nice Company is really diverse, has a nice work culture. Dress code is very casual - you'll see people in workout clothes, sweats, legging .. Monthly events with sometimes catered lunch. Company is growing

Cons

Parking is limited and space is limited with a growing staff, but is a good thing.

This is a great company to work for. There is good team work with departments, good communications, a very casual dress code, monthly employee snacks/lunches, raffles for tickets and gifts. Green initiatives , out of box thinking.

Cons

There can be some limited growth opportunities, but we are growing and you are able to move within the company to other areas as need arises.
