Pros
An amazing legacy which has helped the company grow nationwide. The company has a "family" feel to it which probably extends from it being a family owned business. The culture is wonderful - very competitive but extremely supportive. I have never seen sales people be so helpful to each other while still remaining so competitive. Company is willing to invest in its people and infrastructure. It is nice to see the company want to remain private while doing so. You always feel supported from every level of the organization. There is a very big "team" mentality which is refreshing.
