If you enjoy not knowing what you're walking into on a daily basis... this job is for you

Cons

Incompetent management, no regard for employee morale, HR that takes what you say and tells everyone about it, lb's lb's lb's (you'll get it if you're stupid enough to take the job) did i mention horrible cut-throat morale setting atmosphere (slate hill plant)

The people are nice and the location works for me with where I live.

Cons

pay is low, they treat you like you don't know nothing. No room for advancement in Lincoln. High turn over rate.
