      Pros

      Balchem is a growing company that is innovative and has diverse business units. The CEO is constantly looking for opportunities to grow the business segments. Great coworkers, flexibility on work schedule when needed, opportunity to advance from within, dynamic atmosphere, and decent pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      As with most business today, the work life balance could use some attention. As the business grows, the workforce does not grow as quickly. Employee training is not as important as it has been at other companies I have worked for and could use improvement.

      My life at Balchem has been an adventure in a lot of ways. It has it's UPS and downs but in the end it has been an excellent journey.

      There are no problems which I can express.
