You can feel like you are helping others that are sick or hurt.

Cons

The pay rate and pay increases are a joke. The benefits are standard. We are very understaffed, everyone hired keeps quitting soon afterward because of pay and workload. The facility I’m at is dated and depressing. Equipment that we work with is broken and the company will not spend the money to replace it.

Large Company that offers decent benefits.

Cons

Its more about who you know then what you know. Switching positions within is difficult to do since they put a cap on how much increase you can get. Better to come to a new position outside the organization then inside.
