Pros

Company is making some money

Cons

Awful company. Poor leadership from CEO down. Worked with sportsbook project that was quite possibly the worst organization I’ve seen. Company like to do a lot of PR about how good the place is to work but it’s an old boys network with incompetent management who are friends of the founder. Avoid like a bad plague

Pros

- Strong emphasis on personal/professional development. - Competitive salaries/ bonus schemes/ benefits - Good work/life balance. Very humane working conditions.

Cons

- Some people in middle management positions are kept in spite of toxic behaviour, blatant incompetence, and numerous complaints. This can be demoralising for the people on the ground that keep this company afloat. - Design department consistently fail to deliver required assets and designs on time, significantly impeding workflow for dev teams. Nobody will argue this point because the head of design is extremely well connected.
