      Pros

      Mentally challenging job with tons of opportunity to make things better. From little internal things to help staff get through roadblocks to big picture change the world for better things.

      Cons

      Government can be slow, little things that seem simple can get overly cumbersome. But there is willingness and opportunity to look at things differently and make changes that improve processes.
