lots of vacation/leave time, lots of time off

Cons

managers change rules constantly including hours, what is allowed one month is not allowed the next. Always threaten to "take away" any percs, yet managers use many of the percs themselves and are not able to, but rules do not apply to them or their favorites. If you have any disability, they do not accomodate you, even with doctors documentation. LOTS of turnover, "senior" employees usually have 3 years

Decent benefits although they are somewhat tilted toward long-term employees. Good place to gain early career experience.

Cons

Run by a network of Good Ol' Boys who mainly protect the status quo. Upper management consistently tries to quell free thinking, creativity and resourcefulness.
