If you are ever the smartest person in the room you are in the wrong room... BamboHealth is a great place for career development and a great place to learn from some of the industry's brightest. The company mission is great. Work-life balance is great.

Cons

Like any rising earlier stage company, it can be a whirlwind as the company adds products, pivots, grows, shifts focus, etc..

Pros

The interview process was really candidate centric, and focused on the skills used on the job. Different and coworkers are great. Benefits are really good with immediate 401k vests. Fully remote as well. Modern tech stack with lots of room for growth.

Cons

Due to recent merger, some gears are turning a bit slower
