I enjoy working for Bancroft. It gives me the tools to succeed in the company. I like the flexibility.

Cons

I don't have any cons. Maybe high pay that's it

Pros

Some of the co workers made it bearable to come into work. They have your back if anything happens

Cons

Pay is not worth the work. Constantly worrying if you are going to get attacked at work. While co workers are there to help you for back up, you are basically alone with highly aggressive individuals that are not taken care of. They get to walk around all day. Nothing to engage them. Feared my life every day walking into that place. People make up data that needa to be taken to show improvements. Its a shame these people need the help too
