      It's a great place to work at you gain a lot of experience from dealing with the children and it is a rewarding job working with the children

      Cons

      The pay could be better and they need better tactics when it comes to behaviors and there needs to be better decisions when it comes to placing Kids in certain programs

      Overtime. It's there if you need it, and you will need it. But it's not mandatory. So it works out.

      Cons

      Overtime!!!You have to work it to sustain a decent way lifestyle. Your pay rate is way beneath what is asked of you. No one from the "higher up" staff can nor will do what the regular staff get into. RAISE? What's that? Started at $9.60 and haven't seen $12 per hour yet I've been employed more than 5 years nerd I say.
