Pros

this is a layed back job. Taking the clients on trups is beneficial.Working with the disabled population is interesting.

Cons

Bancroft is a layed back job and it is also simple, however, the pay is horrible. They constantly put more demands on you that should not even be part of your job description. You will be exposed to physical agressions and sometimes the staff is not always helpful. The management is extremely disorganized. The biggest issue was not recieving lunch breaks. You have to eat with the clients but yet they complain about a gorcoery budget. I would not suggest anyone working here. You're better off spending a little more time seeking another job.Dont waste your time here.
