      Great benefits (insurances, discounts, retirement, tuition reimbursement, BACB supervision, etc) and decent pay for job responsibilities.

      Cons

      Some clinicians prioritize downtime over efficient treatment- copying/pasting client documents, lack of communication with staff/families, days without visiting group homes, etc. Residential admins hide reports to save their friends and avoid short staffing situations while penalizing those who make the reports.
