Pros

Great Co-workers, use of walkies and codes, good SPA training, available emergency department for staff, nice campus, hands on supervisors.

Cons

High turnover among staff, very intense & aggressive behaviors, possibly of injury on a daily basis even with proper training. Dumbest point attendance system thats ever been thought of. It's one of the many reasons turn over is high.

Pros

Some of the people are decent people and care about the overall vision of the company, pay is also fair.

Cons

Higher management is blind to their own shortcomings and it prevents employees from being retained. There have also been some red flags with some medicare claims that I couldn’t align myself with professionally or ethically. I worked with so many different faces throughout my short time because of these policies and lack of the companies self awareness.

Benefits Interactions with the clients

Cons

Low position- requires a bachelors/masters and experience but paid less than a senior program associate who makes nearly $2-$3 an hour more with no degree requirements.
