      Pros

      Non profit with a focus on care of the individuals it serves. Some companies care more about the bottom line and neither the staff or individuals. Bancroft cares about it's individual's.

      Cons

      While Bancroft has a good focus on it's individuals, it doesn't have that same focus on staff satisfaction.

      Pros

      Incredible aba experience, opportunity to assist behavioral analysts with treatment sessions and functional analysts

      Cons

      It is a physically and mentally taxing job but very rewarding if you are there for the right reasons. OT is always available but often leads to burnout. It is important to remain objective when dealing w behaviors but staff that are not there for the right reasons often
