Cons

Some DSP's may work more than 8 hours in a day and work some weekends, but they are connecting to a Bancroft Family, a Family that counts on them. The longer hours are not a factor when you LOVE what you do:) 27 years ago I started as Direct Care, a very rewarding and educational experience for me at Bancroft.

There are many pros about working at Bancroft. Bancroft is full of opportunity for learning and growth. Bancroft has a great team of professionals that are always willing to provide support and assure our persons served are well cared for. My number one pro is helping our persons served work towards their goals and independence.
