      Pros

      I chose to work for Bancroft due to the incredible services they provided to my daughter. As both a consumer and now an employee, I have found Bancroft to be clinically knowledgeable and compassionate. They value employee input and stay true to their stated mission and values.

      Cons

      It's non-profit . Fair salaries, but you won't get rich.

      Bancroft offers amazing opportunities for their staff. You have the chance to work with some really great people (staff and residents). It's very rewarding to know that we are serving a purpose.

      The work can be hard at times.

      Flexible work schedules, job training, career advancement opportunities, and tuition assistance are here for the taking! Most importantly is the chance to work with talented, caring individuals that bring their "A" game and put their best foot forward every single day!
