As an employer Bancroft cares about employee's present and future success. Open communication is encouraged and actionable change is seen in response to the employee's feedback. Personally, I have worked with the best teams at Bancroft than any other company. I love and care for the individuals we support dearly, and so do my co-workers. We strive to be better everyday and it shows!
