Pros

Highly passionate and skilled team focused on creating products and a community centered around servicing artists. Heavy focus by senior management on establishing a great company culture and developing the individual skills of every member on the team. You are respected as an individual and your ideas are treated with weight.

Cons

No cons to speak of - great company to work for with a team focused on collective success.

Pros

Young and smart colleagues. Passion for live music and innovative culture. Teamwork and mutual respect. High investment in people development. This company has a very promising future!!

Cons

No real cons. The company is developing fast with about 1 million new subscribers a month and lots of new features inside the app. Also, there is a lot happening in the music so it is hard to be on top of everything.

Pros

- It's a startup, so you will wear lots of hats - that should be something you love to do - Benefits are good, includes 401K with match and good time off (15 days paid vacation + sick / personal time + company holidays) starting day one - Work/life balance is AMAZING! - Each office has its own cool vibe - music is a common thread - Coworkers are nice, helpful, dedicated - Bandsintown is an amazing brand - and it's cool to hear feedback from users / be a part of it - We are hitting lots of milestones together - Everyone is/was in a band, or is a DJ... cool group of employees! - Company is moving in the right direction into 2016

Cons

- Still feeling some growing pains
